Newfoundland might have pretty harsh winters but it would appear not too many golf fans. Virtual golf simulators and indoor golf is thriving throughout Canada but an extensive search of the internet revealed only one indoor golf venue. There might well be a few more that do not have a presence on the internet so if you are keen on a bit of winter practice or golfing fun, you will have to keep your eyes and ears open for other venues.
Virtual and Indoor Golf Facilities in Newfoundland
Clovelly Golf Club is not only home to two excellent golf courses but is now also home to an indoor golf studio that is operational throughout the year. It is a great place to practice your game especially if the weather is not suitable to get out on the course.
You can work on your swing, practice your short game or even enjoy nine holes in the warmth and comfort indoors. The simulators use V1 Swing Analysis and SAM PuttLab technology.
The club has full dining and bar facilities to wind down after your practice.
