Indoor and Virtual Golf in Michigan

Michigan is one of the coldest states in the U.S., especially during the winter season. This, together with quite a varied climate, difficult to predict, are some of the reasons why playing golf can be somehow a tough mission those months.

But do not worry at all, because indoor and virtual golf is on the rise here! Each year, there are more and more businesses which offer the possibility of playing some of the best courses in the world, accurately replicated in some high-technology simulators. Along with this, various types of advanced software analyze your swing and shots, being able to show you a huge amount of useful data in order to improve your game.

We have listed ten of the best indoor facilities you can find in the Wolverine State, so you can stop thinking about the weather and enjoy golfing at any time. Let’s check them out!

Virtual or Indoor Golf Facilities in Michigan

Located in the city of Fraser, only 30 minutes from the capital city, Detroit, lies one of the best indoor golf centers in the whole state, the Indoor Golf Club of Michigan. This facility offers 6 simulators with more than 60 different courses to choose from, a driving range and a practice putting green for those around the area and eager to hit some balls.

Along with the indoor golf complex, there’s also a pro shop where you can purchase multiple items, from grips to golf clothing.

In order to make a reservation, the facility counts with an intuitive website, where you can check their availability and book your tee time for some reasonable prices: $30/hour on weekdays and $40/hour on weekends.

About the simulators, do not expect something mediocre here. X-Golf counts with their own technology, developed by their R&D department for more than 15 years. As a result, the power of measuring each golf shot is amazing, with detailed data on the speed, angle, trajectory, path, and much more.
